FC25 qualifying round cannot be entered

我的账号可以流畅地玩 DR 模式，但是在进入冠军资格赛时一直显示黑屏并断开连接。同一台电脑上的另一个帐户可以正常进行资格赛。有没有人遇到过同样的情况
