FC25 refund eligibility

Hello everyone,

I purchased FC25(ultimate edition) on my 2nd EA account a couple of hours ago for 40$, and im looking for a refund. I checked on google and followed the steps and when i got to the refund request page it says:"You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now." My purchase meets all of the requirements but this one- "**Certain game editions that include virtual currency packs are excluded from the Great Game Guarantee." so i just want to understand correctly, I cant refund my game because i bought the ultimate edition?
