FC25 season pass

I can’t get trophy: One season, Wonderful! on my PS5. After completing all available missions I am missing 1500 points. Without this trophy I can’t get Platinum. Can you help me please

My remaining SP points vanished
I FINISHED ALL THE SEASONAL ULTIMATE TEAM QUESTS AND I SHOULD HAVE MY SEASONAL TRACK COMPLETE BUT IT SAID SP CAP REACHED I CAME BACK AFTER 48H AND THERE IS NOTHING WHERE ARE MY SP POINTS!!!!!?????
