Did you try a different controller? I’ve had this before on two controllers and sent it back to ps under warranty. After I got them back they haven’t done it since. I think they are known for it. If you tried another controller that is new or newer and it doesn’t happen it might not be the controller.
Thanks that might be the problem my newest controller I got last month was works fine so it might just be fc25
