Could you please confirm if you have already tried to delete the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game.
yes i have already done it, it worked once but when i opened the game later its still getting stuck to that green logo, tried reinstalling too, i dont know whats wrong with this game, fc24 is working perfectly fine too
