FUT crashes entering squad - CE-108255-1 (corrupted squad or player)

Hi, I’m experiencing a serious issue with EA FC 25 on PS5.

 

Every time I try to enter Ultimate Team, the game crashes immediately with error code CE-108255-1. After testing, I’ve confirmed that the crash only happens when my active FUT squad loads — either when I go to my club or try to start a match (like Rivals).

 

I’ve already done the following steps on my PS5:

• Rebuilt the database in Safe Mode

• Cleared the system software cache

• Deleted all local saved data

• Fully updated the game and system software

 

I also logged into the FC Web App and Companion App. I tried changing my squad and removing players, but nothing helps — it still crashes as soon as my squad loads on console.

 

This clearly seems to be an issue with a corrupted squad, broken player item, or server-side FUT data problem.

 

Please reset or clear my active FUT squad, or if needed, reset my entire FUT club so I can play again.
