Fc25 Xbox crashing

Hi, a few days ago I found my players on the others. I uninstalled Fc25 and reinstalled it . Then when I started to Play with others players connected. The Game changes and it crashes every Time I play. NOW I changed the team switching fromage france to réal and it worked perfectly. I selected france team and it crashed. I have reinitialised the Xbox and made a lot of technical manipulations and it is the same with france only. I got a message on the screen that the synchronisation with the only match has been closed

why? How can I solve it?
