I can't access the 10 Hour Trial

I just purchased an Xbox and wanted to try out EA FC 25 without purchasing the full game because I've heard nothing but negative things about it. I decided to subscribe to EA Play to access the 10 hour trial. EA didn't hesitate to take the money for the subscription out of my account but they did struggle to help me out with my problem. Every time I click on the "Launch Game Free Trial" it loads up the game but it's on the menu for EA FC 25 Showcase. I'm having a difficult time with the trial, I can only imagine the issues I'd have with the full game. I've been playing this game since FIFA 07 and I've spent thousands of dollars on this game since FIFA 15. It is safe to say that I probably won't be purchasing this game or any other EA FC games in the future.
