Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times. I have 1GB download speed via Ethernet into my Xbox series s. There are no other devices on the same internet network. I have approx 800mb download speed and 60 to 100 upload speed also want to point out I only have these issues with FC 26. I also play UFC 5 and don’t disconnect from EA servers and rarely experience network issues with any other gameI need assistance on how to actually resolve this as EA loves to just blame my internet service provider but I’m only disconnecting from EA servers, not Xbox live, speed test from Xbox attached I have disconnected from about 75% of my online games in the last 2-3 days.

I am having the same issues. Even getting kicked from the menus and squad battles. My connectivity score is even high on the test they recommended. Idk wtf is going on but I paid $100 for a game I can’t even play…

Any updates EA? We’re on day 5 now of the 7 day early access I paid for, and I still can’t play the game. wtf is going on?

This is a shame EA…years and years doing the same game and nothing changes. This year the game seems palyable but if I can’t even finish a game I’m asking myself, for what I’ve payed for? Only doing sbcs or random stuff against cpu? Hell nah. Now I’m here to say that my scoreboard is like 5/20 and of this 20 losses only 3 are for a legit defeat; the other games quit me out of EA servers after the 90th minute or even at the first. At the end I don’t really care about W/L score but I can’t even climb the ladder in rivals because of that problem; fix ASAP because is very frustrating playing a full match and win it but you take the load anyway…

Same exact thing here. After 4 days of waiting, it finally let me play 1 FUT match and I got the win. Now I’m 1-5 while I was leading in most games due to exact same issue you stated (all recorded ) . On top of that it said my DNF % will be impacted lol EA please at least reset records on official launch day. Discouraging to gain a loss for something like this, let alone it happen over and over again. Thanks

Same issue here. This just started happening yesterday (09/26/25). I had early access and was able to play Rush/Rivals no problem before the game went live.

Every Rush game I try and play will load my team, search for a match, load opponents and then crash me out back to my Xbox home screen. I then receive this message when I log back into Ultimate team. EA... When is a fix coming?

Is EA ever going to fix this? I can only play connecting to my phone as a hotspot. I have fiber and nonissues with any other game. What a ripoff and no response from EA?

This issue has been occurring since FC25 and it is totally unacceptable considering the amount of money we spend on this game. It is the most fundamental core to be able to play ultimate team that your servers are stable and have the capacity to handle the amount of players online!! I have no issues with other online titles and it was really soured my experience with EA and Fifa/FC games. These issues are not limited to game play!! THe menus and other aspects of the game like navigating between different menus can literally take 5-10mins to load!! Restarting the console or PC makes no difference!! THe issue is not our connection because i play on AAA titles online withouth these issues!! You cannot even from the main home page of FC26 to the settings menu without it taking 5-10mins to load!! Totally unacceptable!!!!
