FIFA 25 loading issue

When I try and load FIFA 25 it doesn't load and says some features unavailable because ea sports is being launched from another app. It does this on ea app page and steam app witch I have the game downloaded on 

Then when I go my Xbox account on device when I click on FIFA 25 to try and download it from there it just doesn't start downloading just kicks back and nothing happens. And when I try and download any EA sports game from Xbox app store it does the same
