FIFA dont completed

Hello community. My PS4 is incomplete.

I just completed the purchase of

FC 25

from the store, and it was 80% off.

I wanted to play Ultimate Team.

But I was surprised to find that the game is incomplete, that there is no Ultimate Team, and that there are very specific teams in normal play mode.
