Hi there. Can you please provide the following details so we can investigate this? Thank you.

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform
  • Summary of Issue
  • Potential Repro Steps
  • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone)
    • Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and its important they are recent (no older than 48hrs if possible)
  • Video or Image of issue are also extremely useful.

    You should be able to attach it using the paperclip icon or if it's hosted somewhere, use the link icon to link it.
