FPS CAP IS NOT WORKING AFTER TU 11
fps cap is not working after title update 11 neither ingame neither in setup file!! the game overwrite my fps and make it unlocked and that gives sttutering and huge delay!! PLEASE FIX THE FPS GLITCH ASAP
