Disconnecting games

This game your ai it’s not letting me win I can create milion chances I will not score,if I win the game somehow it’s freezing for a few seconds then kick me out to the main menu giving me dnf I had 3 games dnf out of 5 for qualifiers for wl in the 4th game I had 25 shots and scored 2,something ain’t right EA
