FPS Cap not working after new update
For some reason my fps cap stopped working and whenever i enter the game my fps just go all up to 200-300 and its actally a pain because i own a laptop and when i am playing the game it is just overh...

THIS IS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR.......... FPS CAP IS NOT WORKING IN THE GAME.. it overwrite the fps and give you fake fps stats which is all fps caps semes like uncapped fps....
