FPS drop on matches

Idk if anyone has the same problem but for me is most of the time that I play a match (wether Career Mode or UT) the FPS just decides to circle around 17-23 which for a pretty good laptop (rtx 4060 and Intel i5-12th gen) is curious, strange part is on the menus, goal replays and even cinematics the game flows well at around 140fps.
Ive tried everything even playing at low graphics but still remains the same
