Framerate lag issue

I have been a fan of fifa/EAFC for a very long time and this is the worst I have ever experinced to the point I am unable to play the game. I have looked at many videos & forum posts and nothing is helping to the point i am getting it in squad battles.

I have a high spec PC and the fastest internet around this should not be an issue.~

Can anyone please help???

I think this could be my last time playing it as its just getting worse and worse.
