FIFA 25 on ps5 won’t load Ultimate Team

Question

Keep having the continuous error in my ps5 logging into fifa 25 ultimate team.

takes forever to load and then says error connecting.

i have seen a few others with this fault.

i am with Telstra ISP- and have 300 mbps down and 24mps upload so its not the internet.

every other aspect of this game and every other game works perfectly.

i have tried all the settings adjustments as per others but nothing is working. I can still use the companion app but changing team and settings is still not letting me in.

I'm in Singapore and I have issues connecting to servers. Other EA games like Apex are working fine. But I can't connect to EAFC specifically. Any help on this please? I've tried every troubleshooting suggestions and nothing works.

Exact same thing with me, also Telstra for internet, but ufc 5 loads perfectly and can play online&nbsp;

I restored licences and finally got in as soon as I went to play I froze and that was it

Having the same issue in Singapore. Using viewquest. Cannot log into ultimate team for the whole day. It says that there is a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Does anyone have a workaround?
