Freezing Online mode

Hi EA Support,

My controller (official Xbox) works fine in menus and offline matches, but in online games, my player doesn't respond to any input.

I’ve already:
- Reinstalled the game
- Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat
- Cleaned all game controller drivers
- Tested another EA account (but Steam blocks it)

The issue seems to be with my EA account profile and how it handles input online. I can't open a support ticket on help.ea.com (404 error always), so I'm contacting you here.
