Stuck on player pick…

 I am stuck on a 85x3 player pick every time I log into fc25 Ulitmate team because my Sbc storage is full and all 3 players that I can select are already in my club. It won’t let me select any of the 3 players and also won’t let me exit the screen. Tried logging into the companion app to sell off sbc but it says everytime I’m still logged in on my console even when I close FC25. 
Basically I’m completely stuck on this screen and can’t do anything at the moment
