Frequent black screen and game freeze issue on EA fc25

Recently, I purchased EA FC 25. However, when I try to play the game, I frequently encounter a problem where the screen goes black either during halftime or after the match ends. The game then becomes unresponsive, and I am unable to do anything except restart the application.
