Small suggestion - If you are playing on Wi-Fi, then switch to a wired connection. This will improve your connection.
Thank you for the reply. I am already using a wired connection, so the disconnections must be due to something else.
Actually, just yesterday this issue happened frequently for more than 5 games. Usually, it only happens for one game every month.Could somebody guide me on how to chat with EA customer service, not an AI?
