Frustrating White Box/Square Teambuilder issue

Question

Can we get a fix to the white box issue in cfb25 Team Builder?
Newly created teams are downloading with a white box/square as the main logo. And the customized stadium is just a big white patch over the entire field.

EA will never fix this issue! If they do, it'll take them months. EA doesn't care about their customers. They have made their money off the game and they do not care about the teambuilder website!&nbsp; This is just my past experience with EA. With that said, I wish they would address the issue and work on their customer service department.&nbsp;&nbsp;
