Fut champs disconnection

In my la liga fut champs I had 9 wins out of 15. But whilst playing I was disconnected from 2 games where I was winning 1-0 and was playing comfortably and playing really well. Due to this I was unable to get better rewards and heard there was compensation for this. It prevented me from getting 11 wins and more picks. It was not an internet issue because my internet never turned off and was perfectly fine so it had to be a server issue. So will I receive compensation?
