Fut champs rage quit at a draw

Getting sick of this now. Had a game in the 88th minute and I equalised. My opponent proceeds to pause the game and leave. 
I get no win even though I’ve played a full match pretty much. 

Contacted EA support and they just tell me there’s nothing they can do. 

Absolute disgrace that this is a billion dollar company and can’t do anything.
