when playing any online mode sometime the games works normally but sometimes game sudden stop after 5 or 6 game minutes and disconnect me from game while there is no issue with internet and it only happens at the same game clock every time , it is very annoying and make me lose games and winning streak as it happens like game normal and game disconnected please help me to solve this problem
No solution available as EA insist this is a connection issues for user. That's despite loads of players having this issue start at exactly same time
It's happened during Rush, Squad Battles and Draft and even whilst claiming an SBC and once when just in Ultimate Teams got disconnected and returned to Main Menu.
I believe it's a change in their connection protocols which is incorrectly identifying a packet as being lost. I've run packet loss test for 10,000+ pings. No loss but EA's connection report say I have lots!

of course some of the games i left but a lot of them is because of the problem i'm asking about
i tried a lot of solutions changed the wires and others but same problem and so annoying losing rank points without playing just 3 in game minutes , if you have solution or you can make me reach my problem to ea help please help

yes i did and they made a check on my internet status and packet loss i found it (0%) losses , and they insist that it is in game problem or ea servers problem EA_Aljo
