Futties Cup Game Crash

At halftime of my daily futties cup game, after hitting resume match, my screen just went black other than saying a pause is queued. I couldn’t press any buttons but could hear crowd cheering in the background. I had to eventually close the game which I was given a DNF for. I now can’t get the reward for playing all the futties cup games
