ps5 upgrade from ps4 disc unable to work.

the code to redeem ps5 upgrade of fc25 from ps4 disc just doesnt work, it is there , in the transaction history, in the online game library, everywhere but its not accessible in ps5 console and i am unable to play ps5 version.
