Game-Breaking Bug in Clubs – Wins Not Counting

My friends and I have been playing and enjoying the Clubs game mode for a couple of years now. Bugs and glitches have always been part of the game, but it has now reached a point where it completely ruins the experience and ruins team spirit. 

We play a few times every week to grind through the Divisions. However, sometimes after we win a game, when the post-match stats screen appears, we all click "Go to Next Match" to continue playing. After clicking, the screen freezes for about 10–15 seconds, and then we all get the same EA connection error message, which kicks us back to the start screen. Despite winning, when we reload Clubs, we see that our points remain unchanged, and the win didn’t count. If this happened once or twice a month, fine—but now, it occurs at least once or twice every session.

The latest example was especially frustrating. We needed just one more win to reach the highest division, but after winning, the game glitched again, and our points weren’t registered. This is beyond frustrating. My team and I are taking a break until this is fixed. Hopefully, EA will not only resolve this issue but also give us the points we rightfully earned. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes or workarounds?
