Game crash on career mode

Hello, I've just finished my first year of career mode. I entered the second season, but after i quit the game, whenever I try to reload my career the game crashes. 

I've tried to enter from a checkpoint, saving at the vero beginning of the season, nothing changes.

I play from ps4, i there something I can do to fix this?
