Game crashes in Division Rivals and Futchamps

Every time I enter the match at the cinematic start of the game exactly when it shows the big tifo at the home end the game crashes and I have to open the game again and log into my UT again. it happens in Futchamps too. WTH is this?its frustrating. Is there anybody to help us here? No compensation for our time and points and losses in Futchamps and rivals? I'm struggling with qualifying for higher divisions and stuck in division 3.i keep winning 2-3 matches and then 2-3 matches will crash and i have to play all over again. I've tried removing the squad method and creating new one with web app but its not working for me. Please somebody help
