For information.
I got through to a live chat with EA.
They said they are aware of the problem and to post on the forums about it.
I advised people are posting about it and not getting replies. They said they don’t reply unless a fix is in place. So don’t hold your breath for replies.
When challenged on why I have paid money for a broken game he replied saying no games are advertised without bugs.
All in all, terrible customer service.
Don’t expect fixes for this issue or any others.
