Game crashing on PS5 with error CE-108262-9

Hi,

I have been trying to play EAFC 25 on my new PS5, but am continuously getting this error. While playing with game settings or in  Kick-off match or practice mode, the game freezes and the PS5 shuts off.

This is not happening with any other games I am currently playing. Only happening with EAFC 25.

I have tried many solutions listed online, including everything mentioned in the link below.

Nothing works and I’m still having the issue.

I have also installed the latest game update (Title Update #14). Doesn’t solve the problem. Please help.
