GAME DISCONNECTS AFTER WIN

Question

EA SPORTS FC 25PCSQUAD BATTLES AND FUT CHAMPS MISSING WINS/POINTSBasically, I won a match and before it gets to the WIN screen I got disconnected and counted as a loss.&nbsp;More in detail I was supposed to get 9 wins/26000 points(elite 2). But instead, I got one below it which grants me 1 TOKEN INSTEAD OF 2. I hope the officials find this and understand how upsetting and how dissatisfied I am. I demand and wish a compensation reward of the ranks I was supposed to get. And an actual compensation of an icon pack or any valuable pack for this unfortunate matter. Not to mention the rage and emotional distress this has put me into and almost broke my hand and already bruised it

Hey there, I'm a gamer just like you,&nbsp; only I'm a volunteer.&nbsp;&nbsp;I've had this problem before and I had to speak with live chat about this.&nbsp;&nbsp;One problem could be that too many servers were being used at once and then resulting in the game server disconnecting altogether forcing a restart of the console.&nbsp;I recommended that I should be awarded the 3 points but the live chat stated that it wasn't possible to permit the victory.&nbsp; Really annoying to hear however I recommended to change my Internet connection ie from wireless to wired. Unfortunately I'm unable to access your gaming account as I'm only a volunteer to ea sports forum ... perhaps it's worth google your question and start your own research,&nbsp; though you could try calling ea sports or live chat option available on here.&nbsp;
