Game doesn't load after the black screen

I have been facing this issue since the last few days. The game is stuck on the black screen and doesn't load after. My drivers are up to date. I even turned off capture mode or whatever it is called in the NVIDIA app, but it's still not working. I have restarted the game, my pc, and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but it's still not working, please help
