Game files corrupted after finishing FUT rush game
I was playing a FUT rush game on PC on the EA app with a friend and I got a black screen when the game ended. I waited a few minutes and task manager ended the task. When I reloaded the game, my files were deleted and I had to make a new save file. After, I again exited the game and I did "verify integrity of the game files". That unfortunately didn't help and now I have to start over on my offline stuff that I had put over 20 hours into already. This is a huge inconvenience and I'm hoping that there's something that EA can do to help fix this issue.
Also, it would be nice if it was a little easier to get in touch with EA support..
