Game is sluggish and has low graphic quality

Question

I have installed the game yesterday but can't play it due to it is very sluggish. The delay on the screen is circa 3 seconds. The game graphic is also low quality. I have a new PC with Windows 11 Pro installed and plenty of RAM memory in.

Hey MrJuleko​. Could you please share your&nbsp;DxDiag&nbsp;report with us? After launching the game, delete the Personal Settings 1 profile to reset your settings and repair the game files from the EA app.&nbsp;
