game issues

I have a problem where, when I launch the game, it immediately changes the resolution from 1080p to 720p. Even after the game loads, there's still no graphics, and I only see a green screen. However,...

    Thanks. Here are some additional steps to try. 

    - Please set the laptop energy profile to maximum performance 

    - Check if there are any Intel chipset drivers 
    - Create a gaming profile as explained in this article on our website 

    - Create a new windows account and launch the game on that profile

    - Enable game mode in Windows settings 

    - Use Geforce experience if you have it installed to optimize your settings

    - Also, remember to create a new Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game when you make those changes.
