Quick sell recovery not working

I quick sold my 99 ronaldo nazario (accidentally) and whenever I try to enter quick sell recovery on the companion and web app it says error to load discarded items I've opened quite a lot of exchanges and in turn discarded a lot of players but it's been almost 2 days since and still not working
