Game kicks me out “The EA Servers are unable to process your request

Every time I finish the game the game comes up with a message that says “EA service are unable to process your request at the moment“ and the game returning me to the main menu” and this comes up in any ultimate team game mode after I finish a match. and the match doesn't count, Is there any ways to fix this or is this a known issue EA are trying to fix because I would like to be able to play the game without getting kicked out, So please help.
