Game loads too much + can’t enter any game mode

Hi EA Support, I'm not able to connect to Ultimate team from April 4th. My connection is fine, playstation network is signed in and other games are working fine. Getting the same error message, after like 10 mins in loading the main menu, I receive an error message entering into Ultimate team. It's been 2 days, exactly after latest update. I just want to know if it’s an account or console problem. If i download gamed from another account, will go fine or same console same problem?
