Game Stuck on Initial Screen

EA, what the hell is going on?

I paid for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 and all I got was a game that barely even launches. The first time I tried to play, it froze on the start screen for 40 MINUTES. FORTY MINUTES! This is unacceptable. After a lot of trial and error, I finally got it to work once, but the next try? Same issue.

So I decided to move the game to my SSD, downloaded everything again, and guess what? It launched once, and now it's dead again. I've tried EVERYTHING: admin mode, deleting "fc_setup", compatibility mode (Windows 8 in 2025?!), disabling fullscreen optimizations… and nothing works!

How the hell do you release a game like this? Where is your quality control? The support is completely useless, just sending automated responses that don’t help at all.

The LEAST you could do is release an urgent patch to fix these basic issues and let me actually play the game as promised. That's all I expect from a company that claims to be professional but has only given me headaches so far.
