Game Stutter and Lag in UT

Hi everyone! just wondering if i am the only one with this issue following the update. I am trying to play Rivals and each game runs like **bleep**. I am playing on PC, on a RTX4070 12GB and Intel I7 12700kf. It runs this way on Squad Battles as well, so it is not the Connection. This is not the first time this happened, it happens almost after every update. Anyone knows any fix? Dear EA.., you are impossible...
