Gameplay is slow only on my main account

Hello EA Support,

I’m having serious input delay and sluggish gameplay in EA SPORTS FC 25 on my PS5 — but only when I use my main EA account.

I tested a different account on the same PS5 and internet connection, and the gameplay was smooth. So the issue is clearly related to my EA account, not my setup or connection.

Please help investigate and resolve this issue.
