Gameplay issues

when I try to enter an online match on Ultimate Team, the animations from the beginning appear but after 30 seconds I am disconnected from the game, and it returns me to the main menu with a message that says I lost my connection with my opponent, I try everything to solve this issue but I have no idea what I need is the first time when this thing happens. i also tried to install new and old gen, restart network , restore licences and nothing works. if can anyone help me with a solution i will be very grateful.
