Squad battle losses

This started last week when me and my family member both have reported random loss of connection during a squad battle game. Both of us have contacted EA over this joke of a service when wins are registering as losses and affecting the weekly rewards. Seems to be a known issue from what I’ve read today so when is it getting sorted and what worldie of a player are you giving me to compensate my rage ? ?
