Loss of connection in Squad Battles

I played another match (6), played it to the end and won 8-0. But when I went to the ultimate team menu I was just thrown to the main menu of the game, and when I went to the ultimate team, for some reason I was counted as a loss and was not given points. I want these points back immediately!
