Getting disconnected out of ultimate team as soon as i leave a game or win

I have just started having this problem after i have played the new fantacy fc cup II as when i went to leave after the opponent scored i had been disconnected out of UT. I had no issues before with ...

    But for a player like me who's just been doing objectives etc I now can't play and it doesn't give me any clue for how long..?

      You should be able to play again within 24 hours.

    Hello thank you for getting back i get what a soft ban is but im confused as i haven't really done anything could it be that i played too many games? Because i was doing golden ball after every game i played?
