Getting disconnected out of ultimate team as soon as i leave a game or win

I have just started having this problem after i have played the new fantacy fc cup II as when i went to leave after the opponent scored i had been disconnected out of UT. I had no issues before with ...

For future refrence though should i not leave games and que up again quickly so i dont get soft banned again?
