Goalkeeper Movement

Recently, I have not been able to move my keeper at all. The rush out function does not work and the two or three steps you can usually do by holding down the right stick and moving it to one side or another. This is on ultimate team, pc. I have tried updating the game, looking at settings and reinstalling the game, but nothing works.
